WHAT THE LEAGUE IS ABOUT
This is a franchise league in which the only players allowed on your roster are your franchise players eg. if you're team Boston you're only allowed Boston players on your team.
When you arrive you will be given commissioner powers to import your 30 keepers.
THERE WILL BE NO DRAFT.
There are no trades and no waiver wire.
When MLB's First Year Player Draft concludes you may pick up prospects.
